FAQ

1. How long are shipping times?

Products typically ship out within 2-5 business days, with exceptions during peak sales seasons. Shipping times vary based on location.

2. What's your return policy?

Send us a detailed explanation of the defect, as well as a photograph, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.  We will be happy to come to a satisfactory arrangement. 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.  If you cancel your order but still receive the package, please let us know to take necessary steps.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong product?

If there's an issue with your order - - if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - - then simply notify us, and we will make the order right.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.  However, if you did not receive the product as expected, just contact us to make your order correct.
